Compassionate therapy for all of life’s twists and turns

Supporting teens, adults, parents, and couples navigating trauma, grief, neurodivergence, anxiety, and major life transitions.

Welcome—I’m so glad you’re here.

In a world that moves quickly, it’s easy to feel overwhelmed by big decisions, parenting stress, complex relationships, or the quiet feeling that something just isn’t working. You may be longing for more balance, clarity, or connection—or simply a space where you can breathe and be yourself again. If you’re feeling anxious, stuck, disconnected, or unsure where to start, you’re not alone. And you don’t have to figure it out on your own.

I offer trauma-informed therapy for anxiety, depression, OCD, ADHD, Autism, and relationship or family stress. I support teens, adults, couples, and families as they navigate neurodivergence, burnout, grief, life transitions, and the impact of past experiences. My approach is warm, collaborative, and deeply respectful of your experience.

Many clients come to me after trying to manage anxiety, OCD, ADHD, trauma, or relationship stress on their own and still not feeling better. They’re looking for a space that feels supportive, effective, and genuinely attuned to their needs. I will meet you exactly where you are, without judgment or expectation, and together we uncover what healing, growth, and peace look like for you. This isn’t one-size-fits-all therapy—it’s a space built around your needs, goals, and values.

Together, we’ll slow things down, identify what matters most, and create a path forward that feels manageable, authentic, and aligned with your goals.

Hi, I’m Abbie

As a Supervisee in Clinical Social Work, I support teens, adults, couples, and families through some of life’s most challenging moments—trauma, grief, relationship stress, co-parenting, neurodivergence, and substance-use recovery. I bring lived experience, strong clinical training, and a deep belief in human dignity into every session. My work goes far beyond symptom reduction; it’s about reconnecting with yourself, deepening insight, and creating a life that aligns with your needs and values.

I specialize in supporting individuals, couples, and families as well as teens exploring identity and emotional regulation. My approach is affirming, relational, and trauma-informed. I don’t see people as problems to be solved. Instead, I focus on building a safe therapeutic relationship where you feel understood, empowered, and free to explore who you are.
